Hover highlighting color in wireframe mode

Description

In r4327 a new object highlighting was introduced. Alas, when in wireframe mode, highlighted objects are of the same color (red), as selected ones, so it's difficult to check whether object is selected or not. Highlight color must be changed, or object should be highlighted in another manner.
