JOSM isn't able to follow a "Moved permanently"

Hi.

When one of the Map Paint Styles causes the HTTP Error 301 Moved Permanently, JOSM isn't able to follow the suggested link and fails, because it tries to decode as mappaint the returned stub HTTP page. This, for example, is triggered by requesting the style "Iceland" from the officially distributed list (github.com responds with Moved Permanently to the SSL raw.github.com site).

I'm using JOSM version 4223 (tested) from JNPL.

You have to remove the cache file manually.

This also happens when the cache is clean; for example, just after having removed ~/.josm
