Description
The WMS Plugin is still offered when installing a fresh copy of JOSM from the r4201 Windows Installer. Wasn't that plugin merged into the JOSM core, hence shouldn't be offered inside of the installer (thus saving some space/download bandwidth)?

It was offered. And this install was on a computer that I never had installed JOSM on before, so I couldn't have had it locally.

I tested this on my current computer after temporary deleting my JOSM folders. It showed up the same way on my netbook (which is where I saw this happening first). But, I have verified it doesn't install the plugin, just the OpenStreetBugs and TurnRestrictions plugins are installed. Still, it shouldn't be mentioned in the installer.

Sorry, I did not see that you talked about installer.
This is not WMS plugin, but the WMS downloader tool webkit-image. I renamed the entry in [o26277].

WMS plugin is not offered. You have it locally. Simply deleted it.
