turnlane plugin: add extra left lane on the outer left side of all lanes.

If you click on + on the left side the extra lane is added on the left side of the main road and not on the outer left side of all lanes.

On the right side it adds a lane on the outer side.

I think it would be more intiuitive to add it for both sides on the outer of all lanes.

I see where you are going with this and there is definately room for improvement, but this is a fairly hard problem. Essentially one would have to construct the model based on the turn information (obviously this is already happening underneath) and then based on that model guess what the junction looks like. Based on that the actual drawing can happen. While doable, it's not really a high priority.

I will mark this ticket wontfix for now, feel free to reopen if you feel strongly about it.

(Please don't take this the wrong way, I really appreciate you reporting these issues, keep them coming. ;)

EDIT: I want to clarify that this should be changed/fixed at some point, but the cost benefit ratio seems a little steep for now.

Then this is definitly not a "wontfix" but a TODO.

As this is just an enhancement with normal priority, I prefere to leave it open to not forget about it.

Hopefully someone might code it.

If you are afraid about time, have a look at #67 and how long it took to be integrated into JOSM.
