add tag: does not always autocomplete

I just noticed a strange behauviour in the add function.

If I type as value=t it works, but if I continue with "o" it stops (try tourism versa track).

I add my data layer as example file.

Using /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/bin/java to execute josm.

'to' is a perfect match. If you open the combobox you can see this value. There is nothing to append and highlight.
