I use a custom style that mostly changes line widths and colors of areas. It worked fine till today - updated to 3813. Looks like the file is still loaded, but I don't know where or how to change the settings so the style is used. There seem to be some changes related to this in the changelog.

In [3814/josm]:

fixed #5873 - Custom styles are not used. If more than 1 rule applies with the same priority, use the last and not the first rule. This has worked before r3803 because it did not take the priority into account when the rules are in different files.
