ambigous translation of "Microbrewery" in german translation of presets

Description

"Microbrewery" got translated as "Kleinbrauerei", which is ambiguous and leads
to mistagging.

This should be changed to either "eigene Barauerei" or "Hausbrauerei"

P.S.: I did not find a l10n bug report category

There is no l19n, as users should change translations directlyinstead of reporting.

Changed to Hausbrauerei.
