Description

If you use the address preset (Vorlagen/Anmerkungen/Adressen) to add addresses, the country selection must be reentered every time you enter a new address.

IIRC this is related to combos and the use_last_as_default setting in defaultpresets.xml, which was fixed in SVN ~3481 and it worked at that time.

I've now checked with tested (3592) and latest (3678) and JOSM shows the old buggy behaviour again.

Works for me in r4397. Presumably, this was fixed in the meanwhile.
