Description

If a street is in an relation and in the relation is acess=no tagget, graphview allows to use this street.

Adding access tags to relations instead of the ways themselves is not an established method of mapping access restrictions. It seems not to be supported by most routing applications, nor is there enough momentum or popularity to suggest that it will be. Supporting this mapping style in GraphView could lead to incorrect assumptions about the behavior of real-world routing software.

GraphView will not support this unless it becomes more popular.
