in germany the correct sign
for
only right and
only left
is like in A, not like shown in B

Actually I do not understand that report at all. What is A, B and where do we have country specific signs?

in set B picture 5 and 6 are wrong. There should be sign A5, A6

Both icon sets (A and B) are documented on the ​OSM wiki.

If the wiki is wrong, please fix or extend it there first. As soon as your updates are stabilized on the wiki, reopen this ticket. I'll then try to integrate new or modified icon sets into the plugin.
