I got some graphics error (blue horizontal lines) in the wireframe view. Please see attached screenshot for details. On Zooming the lines disappear and reappear for one determinated zoom. They also disappear in the normal view mode, and reappear when switching back.

What version of java do you use? (Sun or OpenJDK?)

Clipping is only active for OpenJDK Java because I never saw the bug in Sun Java. Maybe we need to activate it for all Java flavours...

fixed #5245 - strange lines in wireframe view (activate clipping unconditionally, in MapPaintVisitor this is already the case)
