Assign basic keys in Relation dialogue

Description

Basic keys not connected in relation editor (DEL,PASTE,ESC,..). If the relation editor is focused they should behave as expected.

Zooming+focusing an object has to become a more central place (very useful if you are disorientated when adding a route relation).
