Create option for drawing GPX lines thicker and/or even semi-transparent

Description
If you import any gpx file into josm, you have a very thin line. This causes confusion if you try to see where you drove along.
A nice option would be a thicker drawing style for GPX files.
Another improvement would be a semi-transparent style like on Google Maps.

- Component changed from External mappaint style to Core
Set draw.rawgps.linewidth to e.g. 4 solves the first problem. Transparent should also be possible. Set a color for "color.gps point", where you add a forth value: #123456AA (AA is alpha).
