newly created "turn restriction" is not visible in drawing area

Description

After creating a new turn restriction the resulting road sign is not visible in drwaing area. I have to add a new (useless) node in the street which has the from role, and than the road sign appears. After this I can remove the added (and still useless) node.

The Problem is, that I cannot see imediately that I created my turn restriction correctly.
