VAlidator crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Find duplicate ways with the Validator plugin
2. Fix the error with the Validator plugin
3. Upload data to the server
4. Try to fix the same error again

What is the expected result?
an error message or automatic reloading the list of errors after step 2 or 3

What happens instead?
Validator crash
