ability to copy and paste tags from one way to another

The revision of duplicate ways would be much more easy if its possible to get additional tags from one way to another. It's nearly the same like merging two ways with different tags (but in this case one way will be deleted after taking his tags). Maybe the same dialog could be used.

I'm not so sure about relation membership. This is not always what you intend when copying tags.

press "ctrl + c" to copy the tags and "ctrl + shift + v" to paste them.

Relation meberships are not copied and that's a good thing.

I propose to close this ticket as "works for me".

Duplicate ways would be easyer to fix if its possible to select/copy and paste different tags at once. An the dialog from combine ways if there are conflicts would be a good enhancement for that.

For relations I don't need this feature.

In most cases I get overlapping ways after merging and conflict-management.

After these step (especially when merging an older osm) I end up with a way id:0 and member of lets say 5 bus-lines and 2 turn-restriction. I would prefer to keep the way with existing ID and delete id:0 but to do that I have to adjust 7 relations.
What I do right now is connection the 2 way to save the relations which takes also at least 5 to 6 edits.

It would be nice to merge 2 overlapping ways and get the same dialog used for connecting ways (tags on top, relations on bottom).
