Progress Bar for Downloading Incomplete Members (was: Downloading multiple incomplete relation takes forever)

Description

If I try to download incomplete relations one by one everything is fine. If I select a few (5 in my case) and download incomplete, JOSM hangs with displaying "Preparing dataset".

Which JOSM version?

I can not reproduce this with r3070.

Can you provide an OSM file with which this happens?

If you have the console open, you can see that during this time, it's fetching all the missing nodes for the member ways from the API. If you have a large relation (say a national boundary), this can takes a very long time. You have no idea how long it will take, as there is no progress bar.

Enhancement request: provide a progress bar for this stage of 'Download incomplete members'.

In r4337, I get a progress bar with the title "Download relation members". Is this ticket still relevant?
