Differentiate between selected relations and selected nodes/ways on the map

Description

When a relation is selected, its members are highlighted on the map. However if you select the relation members instead of the relation, the highlighting looks just the same.

For an example, how confusing this can be, see #3348.

Maybe we can just change colors here.
