Hi, for me as modem user on the countryside it would be cool if the OSB Plugin would provide some kind of offline Mode to save new Bugs local temporaly when Im offline and commit them when I go online again.

I have added a button to toggle between online and offline mode. In offline mode, there is also a list visible, which shows the queue of unsubmitted actions. Please let me know, if this is useful for you. The new version 19283 should be available soon.
