Description

The relation editor doesn't have a function anymore that downloads all the members including all the already downloaded members. This is useful if some of the members are not fully downloaded (see bug #4105, also can happen with invalid osm-files) or the members have been modified and the user wants to update them. It also makes it convenient to get an updated version of the relation itself, without having to first select the relation, and then using the update selection function.

You can use "Update selected" from the file menu to reach both.
