Terraced buildings do not inherit parent building keys

Description

The terracer plugin does not transfer tags to the created buildings.

I have a building tagged as building=house and with a source tag. After performing the terrace action, I have a few created buildings with building=yes and without the source tag or any other tag that was on the parent building.

It should transfer tags from the parent building to the created buildings. Most importantly in my case, it now breaks source attribution, but other tags are equally valuable to transfer.
