Description

It would be very useful to have the chance to download selected elements from within the relation editor. Especially for uge multipolygons JOSM becomes slow when all elements are loaded and the API is unnecessarily stressed. Most times it's enough to only load some selected ways (e.g. only outer the ways of a multipolygon).
