walkingpapers plugin can't zoom to downloaded area

Description

When you have an existing layer and download a walking papers paper with the walkingpapers plugin you'll often get an all-white area. This happens because JOSM doesn't support zooming to the area that's actually on the walking paper.

It should support some of:

  • Zoom to data (with the walkingpapers layer selected)
  • Right click layer -> Zoom to data

Or some other similar method.

I just added this.

Use View->"Zoom to Layer", or the '2' key.

as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
