Mappaint drawing enhancement - oneway roads

With the mappaint style, arrows are drawn for oneway roads. However, when zoomed out very ar, so every segment of some oneway way is very small (just few pixels, typical case when zoomed out to see entire length of some dual carriage highway), oneway arrows are still drawn one over another, producing some sort of "halo". I think oneway arrows should be drawn only for way segments with certain minimal length on the screen - like at least 5-10 pixels.
