It would be good, if you linked to an older version of josm_latest as long as there is a ticket open with 'blocker'-priority. Users might react displeased if they download a version that is known to not work correctly.

(I know a josm_latest-Version will never be _perfect_, but version 2209 is just not useable.)

I've disabled the download links in the german and english homepage.
