Download members doesn't update the open relation editor properly

Description
When the members for incomplete relation are downloaded via the download members function, some of the members still show as incomplete. The editor must be closed and reopened to see all the members.

Can't reproduce.
What JOSM version are you working with? What operating system, java virtual machine, window manager are you using?
JOSM compiled from svn, did ant clean first.

Open the relation, and Download members.
Only some of the ways are updated on the editor. All ways are downloaded and they will show up in the editor if it is closed and then reopened.

I have the same issue. After Download Members, it almost always still shows some as Incomplete. I have to close and reopen the relation editor to see the newly downloaded members.
Sometimes it works fine, though, but mostly on relations with only a few members.
