OK, I give up. After some attempts to get it fixed in #3207 two way synchronization is still not working.

In order to fix this ticket (and what you've reported in #3207) I've disabled two-way synchronization introduced recently. Instead, there are two new actions (and two new buttons):

  • select members in the relation editors which refer to currently selected primitives
  • select primitives in the map editor which are referred to by currently selected members in the relation editor

I've the feeling that the relation editor gets more and more cluttered with action buttons, it begins to looks like a christmas tree.
