Here is the patch to get josm plugins to compile.
I dont know if they work.

Hi, because I did not hear anything on this issue,
I have fixed it. At least it compiles, dont know if they run.

patch attached :
apply like this :
cd svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/josm/plugins

patch -p0 -i plugins.diff

This already fixed since yesterday. You should update before making patches.
