Actions disabled by drawing closed way

Download some data
try to create building ( closed way )
if you want orthogonalize by pressing Q , you cant.
options in tools menu are greyed
when press select tool, object now has virtual nodes and any other options are enabled.
Expected behaviour is, when im editing closed object by clicking it into closed shape, stay focused for use orthogonalize tool untill i start new way

fixed in r1858.

You don't have to switch to select mode anymore to press Q, but you have to finish editing the closed way first (i.e. by double clicking at the last node).
