New empty relations cannot be created

Description

Only one new relation can be created, afterwards pressing the "New"-Button will open the relation dialogue box for the previously created relation.

To reproduce simply try to create two new relations with arbitrary content.

Is this happening with a release < r1783?

Works for me in r1784. I fixed a related defect in r1783.

Yes, it was yesterday's 'latest' (1779?).

Works for me in r1784. I fixed a related defect in r1783.

Today's latest (1784) works fine, indeed.
