Pressing "tab" in the "Edit relation" members section should jump to next field with a possible input

Description

Hi,
when in the "Edit relation" dialog in the "Role" column - pressing tab jumps to "Occupied by", "linked" and then back to the next rows "Role" column. As Occupied by and linked are no input
fields those should be skipped in pressing tab and instead the input focus should jump
to the next role input field.
