when i try to download plugins i get the message shown below

error reading plugin information flie: 0-site-httpopenstreetmap.de_plugin.txt

I have downloaded latest versions of java and josm.
I have tried deleting josm from docs & settings.

I actually manage to download the first two plugins, even though this message appears at the same time

I have also tried to run josm with osmarender on three differnt computers (XP prof,XP home and Vista and have the same problem each time.
