Cant upload data from OSM file

I cant upload OSM data from File.
I was editing for day and still saving, increment and now i cant upload it. When i loaded this file first, some error appears. But i dont remember what. But now file seems to be ok. But still cant upload.

No exception, in "debug" but only popup window. In Browse changeset is nothing loaded.

With JOSM 1584 the error message is

Precondition failed: Node 39828038 is still used by way 5464774.

The dataset tries to delete node ​39828038:

  <node id='39828038' action='delete' timestamp='2008-12-18T12:23:55Z' user='fatbozz' visible='true' version='3' lat='50.258507536014264' lon='14.516093436280428' />

But the node is still in way ​5464774, a parking lot which is not (yet) in your local dataset. This can happen if somebody else created the parking lot while you were working offline with your dataset.

Try this:

• load firmy.osm in JOSM
• download the area from the server. This will load the parking lot into your local dataset.
• try to upload again

I didn't try the last step because I wasn't sure whether the data in firmy.osm is still to be uploaded. Let us know if uploading still fails.

I think its would be ok, but i didnt upload firmy.osm anymore. I was editing this area many times. But parking from firmy.osm is different from actual OSM data. I think this is that problem. Ill close that ticket, because every another save to file and upload from it was ok from this ticket.
