Version: 13985 for AgPifoJ is quite old.

Type of variable Main.worker has changed from Executor to ExecutorService in r1465. This error can occur if your version of AgPifoJ was built against an older version of JOSM.

Please download the latest stable JOSM and upgrade to the lastest AgPifoJ release.
