Warn before allowing changes outside of downloaded area

Description
Changes outside the downloaded area are potentially dangerous. The user should be warned when attempting to edit data outside the box.

From r1004 on, a confirmation request is shown when you try to delete data outside of the box. This confirmation can be deactivated by a "don't show again" checkbox; unsure whether this is a good idea, maybe we need a "don't show again for this session"?

I do not understand why it is dangerous to make changes to data that are outside the downloaded area. Can you please explain?
If it is so dangerous, perhaps we should prohibit changes outside of the downloaded area, rather than just warning about it.
