Description

The tagging presets should somehow show a preview mode of the changes.

This would also improve usability of translated josm versions.

We now have a reverse mode, so the taggings are mapped to tagging preeset to solve the i18n issue. A Preview mode is really superfluos in an editor which has fine undo and redo functions and it would be a lot of work for very little benefit.
