Description

Doing the en_GB localisation, I have found a few errors in the original English. I have also added FIXMEs to any non-proper plural handling I have found.

​http://var.bcowan.fastmail.co.uk/en_US.patch is a patch of presets.xml to replace the en_GB "metre" with the en_US "meter".

​http://var.bcowan.fastmail.co.uk/plugins.patch covers the plugins. I wrote that C file, this patch contains the changes in ​OSM #1429.
