for some pages it is requirey to write the objekt id - know you had to press the middle-well-button, but it easier to read and write at the same time.

it would be gread to have the object id for example in the properties window (that's an enhancement I missed some more times)

You can set "osm-primitives.showid=true" in advanced preferences. This shows the object ID in selection window for all objects.

I don't think this should be a standard option, so closing this report.
