address mask forgets previously set entrys

Description

When taking over addresses i am used to quickly open an existing address on that street. The mask will show you the full address,street,city,postalcode. You create a new node and add an adress again. You will see the full mask but only items changed will actually be added to the node.
I'd expect all shown values to be added to the node not only the ones be touched.
