Hi,

I am using r1081 of josm.

The openstreetbugs plugin rejects new entries containing German umlauts. No specific reason is given in the error message.

e.g. ß or ä

It would be nice, if non-ascii characters would be handled, or if there would be a usable error message.

Funktioniert bei mir einwandfrei. Habe es mit Umlauten und Sonderzeichen getestet.
