Description
I have the problem that viewport switches to a gray plane without any additional info if I try to zoom into the map < ~30m.
System:
- GNU/Linux Ubuntu 8.04 LTS
- 2.6.24-19-generic #1 SMP Fri Jul 11 21:01:46 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux
- JOSM 925
Narrowed it down:
- This does not affect versions <= 823
- This does affect versions >= 890
- Error occures only if anti-aliasing is activated
- Error occures only if layer "unbenannt" (don't know how it's named in english - the layer with the OSM data) is shown

In JOSM SVN 1383 on Linux x64 - openSuse 11.1
java version "1.6.0_0"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_0-b11)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.6.0_0-b11, mixed mode)
I can confirm I have exactly the same problem. It occurs around zoom level of some 40m.

Bug in anti-aliasing of OpenJDK? Probably when no text is displayed?

Problem vanished, can't reproduce it.

I tried to reproduce it on Mac OS X 10.5.3 and on Windows XP SP2. I never got this Problem. Do you have some more details, maybe an error log from your X-server or some thing like this? Do you have an other Linux computer to test it on?
