Simplify data (drop dense nodes)

Description

Drop dense nodes in all current selected nodes. Maybe by giving a treshold. All objects associated with the dropped nodes should be merged (e.g. if line segments get doubled this way). Pretty usefull for simplifying raw gps logs (when waiting at the traffic light).

closed because it is a duplicate of #14. Note that the code in question has not really been commited to the Utils plugin yet but I trust we'll get it eventually. If not, we can still make an extra plugin.
