"Distribute Nodes" menu item not available for translation

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change the language to Polish
2. Open the menu "Narzędzia" (Tools)

What is the expected result?

All the items should be translated.

What happens instead?

"Distribute Nodes" menu item is in English.

Launchpad doesn't have such item for translation, however a hint for it ("Distribute the selected nodes to equal distances along a line." located in ../core/src/org/openstreetmap/josm/actions/DistributeAction.java:42) is available and translated, so it looks like something was broken with l10n of this string.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
