    2222* In JOSM Preferences, open the Map Settings-Tagging Presets dialog. (Currently third icon from the top in the left column, then the third tab.)
    2323* Find 'Common Keyboard Shortcuts' in the Available Presets list on the left. Click '>' to add it to the 'Active presets' list.
