The ignore list is maintained at ImageryCompareIgnores.

This script compares the following properties:
* the source URL
* the type (WMS/TMS/WMTS)
* the name
* min_zoom and max_zoom
* the country code

This script does '''not''' compare everything else like:
* id
* copyright/attribution information
* bounds/shape
* projections
* icon
* ...
