    5 Some advanced settings and features are only visible when the expert mode is enabled. It is disabled by default to not drown new users in too much functions (which are often not yet needed in the beginning of editing with JOSM) and to protect him from doing unwanted things. (The expert mode is ''not'' a [Help/EditToolbar working mode].)
