Changes between Version 85 and Version 86 of Help/Dialog/Filter

Adding some "Asia specifics" like hail and ride and general public transportation key to the filter - purpose is to show ALL but ONLY anything on the map that's related to Public Transportation _ fee free to catch anything missing and update the filter
