Split mode

Split a way by clicking.
The mode splits a way like the action source:trunk/resources/images/mapmode/splitway.svg Split Way using an existing or a new node depending on whether it is clicked on a node or in between nodes. Currently only open ways are supported. If more than one way is found as possible target to split a dialog with a list to choose from is presented.
