= Objekty - Základní stavební kameny OSM dat a map =

JOSM vám pomáhá vkládat data a popis reálného světa do geo-databáze OSM. Přes ohromnou rozmanitost a komplexnost objektů reálného světa, umožňuje JOSM pracovat pouze se třemi typy objektů použitých jako základní stavební kameny pro vytváření map: [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/node.png)]] **[#Nodes body]**, [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] **[#Ways cesty]** a [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/relation.png)]] **[#Relations relace]**.

Jednotlivým objektům lze přiřazovat **[#Tags tagy]**. Právě přiřazená sada tagů odlišuje bod reprezentující restauraci od budu reprezentujícího kostel nebo cestu reprezentující ulici od řeky, případně relaci autobusového spoje od relace cyklostezky.

[[Image(source:trunk/images/data/node.png)]] **Bod** představuje jedno konkretní místo s definovanými souřadnicemi.

=== Cesty ===
[[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] **Cesta** je sekvencí bodů. Bez ohledu na název, [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] **cesta** nemusí reprezentovat jen skutečnou cestu(silnici, chodník...) v reálném světě. OSM [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] **cesty** reprezentují tké řeky, hranice států nebo například budovy.

==== Uzavřené cesty (Plochy) ==== #ClosedWays
Pokud je [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/closedway.png)]] **cesta** uzavřená, tzn. poslední a první [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/node.png)]] **bod**  cesty jsou stejné, nazývá se také [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/closedway.png)]] **plochou** nebo **oblastí**.

=== Relace ===
[[Image(source:trunk/images/data/relation.png)]] **Relation** je sada ostatních objektů - [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] **cest** (reprezentujících například silniční úseky) a [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/node.png)]] **bodů** (reprezentujících například autobusové zastávky). Taková relace pak představuje trasu autobusové linky. Každému objektu v [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/relation.png)]] **relaci** lze přidělit **roli**, například `stop` pro autobusovou zastávku nebo `forward` pro segment cesty jíž projíždí autobusová linka pouze po směru trasy.

== Tagy == 
**Tag** je kombinace název/hodnota přidělená objektu. Tagy jsou používány k detailnímu popisu objektů. Pokud napíšeme `foo`=`bar` míníme tím ''Tagu s klíčem foo byla přidělena hodnota bar''. Několik příkladů:
* `name`=`Křižíkova` přiděleno **cestě**. Tento tag indikuje, že se cesta jmenuje `Křižíkova`. 
* `amenity`=`restaurant` přiděleno **bodu**. tento tag indikuje, že **bod** představuje v reálném světě restauraci.
* `route`=`bus` přiděleno **relaci**. Tento tag indikuje, že relace představuje autobusovou linku.

Tagy lze různě kombinovat. Objektu může být přiděleno libovolné množství tagů. Komplexnější příklad:

Assigned to a [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] **way**, this set of **tags** indicate, that the [[Image(source:trunk/images/data/way.png)]] '''way''' represents a living street with name ''Main road'' (the German name be ''Hauptstrasse''). Speed is limited to 30km/h and heavy goods vehicles (hgv) are not allowed. Furthermore, it's a one way street.

You are free to assign an object whatever tag you feel necessary. However, there is a list of so called [https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Map_Features Map Features], i.e. a canonical list of **tags** with a well-defined meaning which are often used by mappers. Whenever possible you are adviced to stick to these tags because map renderers, routing engines, and other pieces of software rely on them.

In the [[Image(source:trunk/images/dialogs/propertiesdialog.png)]] [Dialog/Properties Properties Dialog] you can assign tags to an object, remove tags from an object, or edit assigned tags.

== Object ids ==
The OSM server assigns each object a unique number, the **object ID** or **OSM ID**. A new object doesn't have an ID (it's ID is 0) until it is uploaded the first time to the OSM server.

Under **''[[Image(source:trunk/images/preference.png)]] [Action/Preferences Preferences] -> [[Image(source:trunk/images/preferences/display.png,20)]] [Preferences/Display Display Settings] -> Look and Feel''** it is possible to en- or disable the display of objects ids in the toggle dialogs.

With **''[Menu/File File] -> [[Image(source:trunk/images/downloadprimitive.png)]] [Action/DownloadObject Download object ...]''** (''{{{Ctrl+Shift+O}}}'') it is possible to download **objects** by Ids.

**''[Menu/View View] -> [[Image(source:trunk/images/about.png)]] [Action/InfoAboutElements Advanced info]''** (''{{{Ctrl+I}}}'') opens seperated windows with informations about selected objects in text format. [[BR]]
**''[Menu/View View] -> [[Image(source:trunk/images/about.png)]] [Action/InfoAboutElementsWeb Advanced info (web)]''** (''{{{Ctrl+Shift+I}}}'') opens the **objects' pages** of selected objects on the [http://www.openstreetmap.org OSM website] in your web browser.

== Object versions ==
Each object has a **version**. The **version** is incremented whenever the object is uploaded to the server and the OSM server not only stores the most recent version of an object, but it's complete **history**.
