JOSM does'nt start Version 6950 / UBUNTU 12.4 LTS — at Initial Version

Description
I use UBUNTU 12.4 (therefor with OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.13.1) (6b30-1.13.1-1ubuntu2~0.12.04.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.25-b01, mixed mode)

After Web start JOSM asked for JAVA7 ... i skipped (because Ubuntu uses OpneJDK an not Oracle) and then JOSM
Freeze with the Message "Plattform-Start auführen".
The "running bar is runnig" , but notigung happens.
